Educational Qualifications

  • M.B.A. (Finance) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota in 2008. (Regular)
  • M.S.C in Mathematics.
  • B.S.C in Mathematics. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Handling various MIS reports – Debtor Receivables & Payable,
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of Service, Purchase, Sales, and Expense invoices in SAP.
  • Expense booking along with proper contracts and approvals.
  • Payments gateway reconciliations, stock reconciliations.
  • Fixed assets accounting.
  • Prepare balance sheet and PNL schedules on monthly basis.
  • Ability to independently handle books closure on monthly basis, checking and preparing financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.
  • Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests.
  • Review & Approval of Journal Entries.
  • GST & TDS related entry in SAP.
  • Coordinating with project and contract & commercial department for monthly booking and realization of clients billing in SAP and maintaining the documentation of client’s bills.

Teaching Skills

  • Teaching students class 1 to 8 all subjects;
  • SAP, Tally, MS Excel.
  • Account Payables, Account Receivables, Balance Sheet.
  • Fixed Asset Accounting, and MIS, P&L, Cash Flow, Bank Guarantee’s, LC

Availability & Schedule

  • Days Available:  Monday–Friday
